What is the RBC Bowl for Kids Sake? 

This is a National event that raises funds to provide mentorship to kids in our community.

This is the 7th year we have held this event in Winnipeg.

Over 70 teams participated last year, raising over $66,000 for our programs! 

How do I get involved?

You can sign up a team of up to 5 bowlers at bowlforkidssake.ca. then go to our event page - or just click here! 

You will need a team captain who will motivate and collect all funds from your team. This will also be the point person for all information from our office regarding the event. 

Then just start raising pledges. The online fundraising makes it easy to send out emails and have people log on to support you! 

On Saturday, February 25 your team will come out to bowl and participate in the event! 

NEW THIS YEAR! Each team captain, or a representative, will be required to sign their team in for the event on February 23, between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm at our office (765 Portage). You will pick up your team shirts, event day information and you MUST hand in any pledges that were not taken online! 

You can continue to raise funds through the online site up to the event, but all cheques, cash and credit card pledges that you physically collected should be handed in on this day!

How much do we need to raise? 

Each team is required to raise a minimum of $500, that's only $100 per person! Every dollar you raise goes towards kids in our community!

Team Incentive prizes are available for levels over the $500 -so challenge yourselves!  

We've signed up our team, now what?

You should receive an email or phone call from our Fund Development office shortly after your team has been registered. If you do not hear from us, please contact Cat Ross @ 988-9215!

As we get closer to the event, we will up date you with emails with more information about the event day!
